DECEMBER 2005: I am appreciating feedback I get from you. Thanks. I've recently change from a Family Origins format to a PAF format in the setup for my genealoy upload. Hopefully, the problem with duplicates is now gone. Also, watch for siblings to be added to the direct lines.
JULY 2005: The changes mentioned last January were actually health issues. I was trying to think positive but actually spent most of the winter with a broken foot. That's all better now tho. Being busy around here seems to be the order of the day. Thanks to a recent email from Cousin Lee, I have been encouraged to do more work on my website. This has been a lovely summer thus far for us. Hope things are going great at your place too.
JANUARY 2005: Horray... it's time to celebrate. I've had some major changes in my life so as to free up some time. For many years I have been frustrated about this & now looking forward to giving more attention to this cause. More to come!
MAY 2004: Has it really been so long since I last wrote? A whole six months, wow! I'm still very active in genealogy research; but life has certainly gotten busier. Professionally, we've had war-related personnel and financial shortages which makes things more difficult. My workload has doubled; I sure wish my pay would! LOL! I'm walking with a cane now. Parkinsons is getting more challenging.
NOVEMBER 2003: This month was so busy I didn't even get anything written. Highlight was an business unexpected trip to Washington D.C. in which I got to visit the DAR library. MUST go back! Some of my trip was bittersweet. I was having a difficult adjustments to medication, got overtired & collapsed at the airport... had to be wheeled into the plane. Felt really dumb; but I got a free TShirt from Southwest Airlines out of it! (LOL).
OCTOBER 2003: After six sessions at the Huntsman Cancer Institute, Jamie had a clean biopsy last time she was tested. Keeping all that I can cross, crossed for you Jamie girl! I have been photocopying certain SHELTON info at the SLC JSMB. They are filming and converting to microfilm to save space. I like books! Muriel visited from Arizona. We exchanged genealogy stories and ideas for the website. I sure do love her!
SEPTEMBER 2003: I have had better months! Having heartaches for various reasons. We're fighting cancer again. Main lesson I learned this month is to listen with my heart; really seek to understand others. And finally, be committed to working hard at developing this.
